How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a size guide with garment measurements plus a fit note telling you whether a piece runs true, small or generous. As a rule we suggest sizing up in knitwear and outerwear if you're between sizes, and staying true to size in dresses. Still unsure? Order both sizes and send one back — returns are free for 30 days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and total delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the U.S. Shipping is free on every order, and you'll receive a live tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact our team to start a return — once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label, and there are no restocking fees. Items should be unworn with tags still attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility details.

Care instructions are listed on every product page and on the garment label. As a general rule: wash knitwear cold and dry it flat so it keeps its shape, hang tailored coats on a wide hanger, and steam rather than iron satin and other delicate fabrics.
